Magnolia Cottages by the Sea is proud to introduce the 30-A “Dream Cottage”.
Designed by local, award-winning Architects Carey McWhorter and Tony Vallee, and offered exclusively in Magnolia’s final phase, the Dream Cottage combines the flexibility of floor plan layout with the charm – and the design elements – one would expect in a perfect beach cottage.
Cottage Layouts, Customizations and Designs
Choose from a 3 or 4 bedroom configuration, each offering 2 true master bedrooms and each offering the flexibility to add “hall bunks” and a private outdoor shower off of the 2nd floor master.
